- a bunch of arugula
- a big bag of romaine lettuce
- 2 medium carrots, coarsely grated
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
for the dressing:
- 2 tbsps mustard
- a tbsp of honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- a tbsp of calamansi juice
Procedure:
- Mix together arugula, romaine lettuce and carrots in a bowl.
- Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a another bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad greens shortly before serving to keep greens from getting soggy.
