- 1/2 cup lime juice
- a tbsp of fish sauce
- 2 tbsps muscovado sugar
- 2 cucumbers, seeded and sliced thinly
- a cup of shredded papaya or mango
- 2 cups crabstick, flaked
- 1/3 cup mint leaves
- 1/3 cup coriander leaves
- lime wedges for serving
Procedure:
- Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, cucumbers and papaya together. Sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Put the crabstick and herbs on top.
- Serve with lime wedges.
